The subsea industry’s potential to harness resources from our oceans to support the energy transition will be the focus of a new virtual event, with a live TV debate, organized by Subsea UK.
“Subsea Live” will explore how the subsea supply chain can capitalize on the opportunities presented by the energy transition and the blue economy with industry leaders and government panelists weighing in on discussions from May 25 to 27.
Streamed live from the “Subsea Live” TV studio in Aberdeen, this event will explore the near-term and longer-term opportunities in the energy transition and the blue economy. “Subsea Live” will assess growth opportunities for the subsea supply chain with industry experts.
Representatives from UK Marine Energy Council, Baker Hughes, Ørsted and HSBC Bank PLC will make appearances at the event, contributing live from the studio and remotely.
Global opportunities will also be a focus, with speakers offering insights into emerging markets, regions of future interest and how the industry can make in-roads in global sectors such as offshore wind.
